Jehovah names Spring Hill as Adam-ondi-Ahman — the place where Adam, the Ancient of Days, will sit in the last days as Daniel foresaw. The naming is itself a covenant act: a geographic location is sealed by divine designation as the appointed site for the great council described in Daniel 7, where the Ancient of Days gathers the hosts of the Holy Order before delivering up the kingdom to the Son of Man. Place and prophecy are bound together; the land receives its name because it already carries the ordination of what is yet to come.

Spring Hill is named by the Lord Adam-ondi-Ahman, because, said he, it is the place where Adam shall come to visit his people, or the Ancient of Days shall sit, as spoken of by Daniel the prophet.
