Lectures on Faith
Part 5
Lecture Five defines the Godhead as two personages — the Father, a personage of spirit, glory, and power, and the Son, a personage of tabernacle fashioned in the Father's likeness — sharing one mind, which mind is identified as the Holy Spirit. The Son was begotten of the Father, foreordained before the foundation of the world as propitiation, descended below all suffering, kept the law without sin, and upon overcoming received the Father's fulness. Believers who keep covenant grow from grace to grace, are filled with that same Spirit, and become joint heirs with Christ — one with the Father and Son as the Father and Son are one.
