THE BOOK OF SHIONI AKEK
Chapter 1
Premium narration
1
Ninety-two years after the close of the Great War, Moroni dies, having served faithfully as high priest at Mentina and at Elak Kowa, stewarding records and tempering his warrior nature into the work of a peacemaker. Shioni explains how his father, once general of the defeated Nephite armies, bent his hard training toward teaching peace and personal accountability before Christ. During this era a rupture arises: Tucantor teaches that salvation flows only through priesthood and high priest, channeling consecrated surplus into a leisured clerical class that judges others by their offerings and standing.
2
Moroni, with Micah, travels widely to refute this, preserving the older Nem pattern. Shioni then records Moroni's sermon from the High Place: mortality levels king and servant alike, and the Father has given four laws — Obedience, Sacrifice, Chastity, and Consecration — by which apprentices to the Master become like Him. No man stands between a soul and God.
