In this chapter, Peter administers the Law of Chastity to Adam and Eve by covenant, then he, James, and John return to report to Jehovah, who reports to Elohim Heavenly Father. The Father then commissions a second descent to deliver the Law of Consecration, bestow gifts of the Spirit, and introduce the couple into the Terrestrial World along the Way. Upon arriving, the messengers confront Satan, who boasts that his "World Way" mirrors nature's law of the strong dominating the weak.

Peter, identified as Buffalo Spirit alongside the Thunder Twins, rebukes him and casts him from open communion with humanity, though Satan warns his voice will still echo through man's fallen nature. Peter teaches that Eve's nurturing nature models the Son's sacrifice and grounds the principle of consecration. Adam and Eve covenant to consecrate all surplus to the needy and the Kingdom.

They receive the endowment of spiritual gifts, the healing gift symbolized by a green thread, and the second token of the Melchizedek Priesthood, the Patriarchal Grip or Sure Sign of the Nail.
