Pa-Samuel innovates record-keeping: she commissions small stone and metal cylinders bearing portions of the archives for portable use, develops a paper made from flax fibers bound with hide gum, and formulates durable inks from minerals, ash, and plant resins that endure for generations, even upon stone.

She serves twelve years before dying. Sibal succeeds her, fostering the expansion of the Nem, importing artisans, founding a school, and establishing libraries that spread Mentina's craftsmanship throughout the land. Renowned for list-making, she catalogues the archives and writes the genealogies of her people, tracing Hagoth's line through Hagmeni, Sanempet, Oug, Manti, Shimlei, and Shigoeth, uniting several prophetic lineages.
