Prayer of the Apostle Paul
The petition of the Apostle Paul — addressed to the Father of light, the Son of the living God, and the Holy Spirit. Paul asks for healing, redemption, and the inheritance of the firstborn.
Grant me thy mercies, O my Redeemer. Redeem me; for I am thine own. From thee have I come forth.
Thou art my Mind: bring me forth. Thou art my treasure-house: open thou unto me. Thou art my fulness: take me unto thyself.
Thou art my repose: give thou me the perfect that cannot be conceived.
I make my petition unto thee, even unto thee that art and that didst pre-exist by the name that is exalted above every name — through Jesus Christ, the Lord of lords, and the King of the ages.
Give thou me thy gifts, of which thou dost not repent: through the Son of Man, the Spirit, the Comforter of the truth.
Give me power, when I beseech thee. Give me healing for my body, when I beseech thee through the Evangelist.
Redeem mine eternal Light-soul and my spirit. And the firstborn of the fulness of grace — disclose Him unto my mind.
Grant what no eye of angel hath beheld, and what no ear of ruler hath heard, and what hath not arisen in the heart of any man — even of him that came to be an angel, and was made after the image of the soulish God when he was formed in the beginning.
I have faith and hope. Bestow upon me thy beloved, elect, and blessed greatness — even the firstborn, the firstbegotten — and the wonderful mystery of thy house. For thine is the power and the glory, and the praise, and the greatness, world without end. Amen.
The Prayer of Paul the Apostle — in peace. Christ is holy. Amen.
