Phanuel

Visitation of the angel Phanuel (Joseph Smith); confirmation of Lion of Judah calling (Rev 5) and Root of Jesse mission (Isaiah 11).

1Dad and mom,

2During the night one of the most glorious experiences took place. What I am about to share with you is of a very sacred nature, highly personal, and I ask that you keep it very confidential only revealing it to those I or the Holy Ghost instructs.

3I would also ask that both of you read this letter together and pray, asking God our Eternal Father, if what I’ve shared is true.

4The Holy Ghost will bear witness of the truthfulness of that which I share.

5As I shared with you in my last letter, I have been locked down in my cell for eight days straight. I have finished the Joseph Smith biography and am currently finishing the John Adams biography.

6I have been spending an hour sometimes more reading the scriptures and 4 to 6 hours sometimes more writing my book which is a book on the philosophy of success. I have also taken myself to much prayer and fasting. This is largely due to the fact that I am in the midst of this deal with the prosecution. This has been a cause for me to exercise great faith in my potential outcome of the case.

7While engaged in mighty prayer last night, I was visited by an angel. I am going to do my best to accurately describe the experience and the instructions I received. The angel appeared to me and was clothed in a white robe. His whole being was bright and filled with energy.

8He introduced himself to me, calling himself Phanuel. He looked like Joseph Smith and my mind asked the question, “Are you Joseph Smith?”

9Without an audible reply, I knew it was in fact, Joseph Smith.

10He told me he held the keys to this dispensation and that I have been called and chosen for a great work.

11He confirmed to me that the voice I heard while praying in the mountains on August 26, 2014, was from God, and that I was to run for President of this nation in the year 2028.

12The angel could read my mind, and as he was giving me instruction, I felt unworthy and inadequate.

13He told me my sins were forgiven, that I must not worry, and that I was indeed found worthy.

14He then proceeded to quote Revelation Chapter 5, identifying himself as the strong angel in verse 2, and me as the Lion of Judah in verse 5.

15That I was to open and translate one of the sealed books. The book the angel specifically mentioned was the sealed portion of the Golden Plates.

16He then showed me in detail where the plates were being held. The angel opened my mind and I was shown the Salt Lake Temple. More specifically, the room called the Holy of Holies.

17I saw in this room a large beautiful desk. In one of the large drawers I was shown and told that the Golden Plates, the sword of Laban, and the Urim and Thumin were in that drawer.

18I was told that I would be blessed with the power and gift from God to translate the sealed book, that there was more information about the creation and further prophecy of our day, the second coming of Christ, and his millennial reign. That this information would help many come unto Christ and prepare for his coming which the angel said was fast approaching.

19He also told me that only those closest to me, the Prophet, his counselors and the 12 were the only ones to know of my mission and work concerning this book. That the general public was to never know of my involvement.

20He said the adversary seeks to destroy me, but as long as I listened to him (the angel) and took strict heed to God’s commandments, I would be protected and fulfill my mission.

21He then quoted from Isaiah Chapter 11, which specifies to verse 10 and 11, stating, I am from the Root of Jesse, and as President, I would stand as an ensign to the Gentiles and my efforts would prepare Israel and the world for when the Lord would set his hand the second time.

22I then asked how much longer I would be in jail.

23His response was that it would be for a short season, and preparations would be made for me to pay off my debts, and I would again return back to my family. That I should prepare myself mentally and spiritually for the work that God has called me to do.

24After he delivered this message, the angel and the light slowly disappeared. I did not note the time, but I knew that it was late in the night.

25I sat in my bed, recalling in my mind everything this messenger had relayed to me. I have been unable to sleep since and was prompted to write you the details because of the sacred nature of this experience.

26I was given a strict command to only share this with whomever the Lord instructs. I would ask that you pray to know if these things are true. Listen to the still small voice to receive confirmation.

27I am extremely tired and feel as though this experience has zapped all my energy. I actually feel hot and a little nauseous.

28Please know that I share this with all sacredness and sincerity. The angel said he would visit me again and give me further instructions. I am extremely humbled but reassured.

29I pray for the Spirit to be with you. I so testify, of that which is written is indeed fact and true, based on my personal experience.
