Request a refund

We offer a refund within 7 daysof a charge if SEER isn’t the right fit. Submit the form below and we’ll review it personally — you’ll get an email once it’s processed. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Free trials are the exception. Your 7-day free trial is your chance to evaluate SEER, so once it converts to a paid subscription that charge is final and non-refundable. Cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid the charge — and you can cancel afterward to stop future renewals.

Purchased on iOS? Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. This form is for purchases made on the web.
