Moses leads Israel out of Egypt; the Law is given at Sinai. Joshua takes the land. The kings rise and the prophets rebuke. Jerusalem falls.

Exile & Lehite Journey

Daniel in Babylon. The return. Lehi’s family crossing the sea. Nephite kings and the Mulekites meet Zarahemla.

4 BC — AD 100

Meridian of Time

The birth, mortal ministry, atonement, resurrection, and post-mortal visit of Jesus Christ to both Jerusalem and the Nephites.

AD 200 — 421

Nephite Decline

The two-century Zion among the Nephites fractures, ending with Mormon’s compilation and Moroni’s final farewells.

AD 1820 — present

Restoration

Joseph Smith’s first vision; the Book of Mormon comes forth; the priesthood is restored; the temples rise.
