By creating a SEER account or using the SEER mobile app, web companion, or any related service ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ORAQEL LLC ("we," "us," "our").
You must be at least 13 years old to use SEER. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this minimum age. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
SEER offers free (Explorer) and paid (Seeker, Gatherer) tiers. Paid subscriptions auto-renew through your Apple ID until cancelled. Pricing, included features, and billing cadence are shown in-app at the point of purchase.
Notes, highlights, tags, posts, comments, and other material you create in SEER ("Your Content") remain yours. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store and display Your Content solely so we can deliver the Service to you and, where you've explicitly chosen to share, to other users. We do not claim ownership of Your Content, do not use it to train AI models, and do not sell or sublicense it.
If you post Your Content to the SEER Circle, you grant the audience you've shared with the right to view, react to, and reply to that post within the Service. You can delete any Circle post at any time; deleted posts are removed from view immediately and from our backups within 30 days.
Public-domain scripture texts (King James Bible, World English Bible, Geneva 1599, etc.) are reproduced in SEER under their respective licenses. Texts in the extended canon (Dead Sea Scrolls, Nag Hammadi Library, Apocrypha, Kolbrin, and similar works) are included on the basis that they are either public domain in the U.S. or are reproduced under fair-use research-and-study provisions. The Book of the Servant and Book of the Remnant are included with permission of their custodians.
If you believe a text in SEER infringes a copyright you hold, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
ABEL is a research and study aid that uses Anthropic's Claude language models to interpret your questions against scripture. ABEL is not a substitute for personal revelation, scripture reading, prayer, qualified clergy, or independent study. ABEL responses can be incomplete, mistaken, or generate plausible-sounding statements that are not supported by the underlying texts. Verify important conclusions against scripture directly. ORAQEL LLC makes no warranty about the doctrinal accuracy or theological soundness of any ABEL output.
We aim to keep SEER available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, third-party outages (Supabase, Anthropic, Apple, ElevenLabs, etc.), and bugs may cause temporary unavailability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The SEER Circle is a private community for serious students of the restored gospel. Posts, comments, and direct messages must be respectful and on-topic. We may remove content or suspend Circle access without notice for harassment, spam, sexually explicit content, threats, or repeated violations of community norms. Decisions about Circle membership and content moderation are at our sole discretion.
You can delete your account at any time via Account > Delete Account. We can terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (Your Content, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue in effect.
SEER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORAQEL LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ABEL OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR THEOLOGICALLY SOUND.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORAQEL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and ORAQEL LLC, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, the Standard EULA terms governing licensed application use will prevail. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this section and may enforce these provisions against you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, U.S., without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Where you reside in a jurisdiction that grants you mandatory consumer rights (e.g., the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
